She has over 15 years’ experience with a passion for fostering positive workplace culture and driving organizational success through effective talent management strategies. With a background in Banking and Insurance Sector, she has a proven track record in recruitment, employee relation, performance management and policy development. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from Kenyatta University and Diploma in Human Resources Management.
