Boru is a risk management professional with over 7 years’ experience in financial services and brings wider industry knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Compliance Monitoring and Quality Assurance. He is a certificate member of the Institute of Risk Management – UK (CMIRM). Boru holds Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma in Banking and Finance in addition to other professional qualifications such as International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management (UK), Certified ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager, Certified ISO 22301 (BCMS) Lead Implementer and Certified ISO 9001-2015 (QMS) Internal Auditor. He joined SOLV Kenya in March 2024 as Head of Risk and Compliance.
